Edgar R. Olivo, Interim-Executive Director

Edgar is a Hispanic Author, Award-winning entrepreneur, bilingual business strategist and trainer. He is passionate about helping bilingual professionals to end economic discrimination and create paths to success through entrepreneurism. His students and clients refer to him as the Swiss Army Knife for Small Business Owners.

He served several community organizations in Arizona such as Marisol Federal Credit Union, Hope’s Crossing, Arizona Humanities, Create Academy and the East Valley Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.

In 2012, Mayor Greg Stanton honored Edgar with the Key to the City of Phoenix for his work on the H.E.R.O. Veterans Initiative and is the recipient of the 2015 Hispanic Business Salute Award bestowed by Telemundo Arizona and the AZHCC. In 2016, he was recognized by the EVHCC with the Community Leader Award and the United States Hispanic Chamber of Commerce recognized his company at their National Annual Convention.

In 2018, Edgar decided to start the Compass CBS Foundation as a way to close the income gap between small and large businesses with educational resources and business skills.

Paul A. Taliercio, Board Member

Paul Taliercio is an extraordinary professional with a passion for service to others. He joined Compass Computer & Business School, LLC since it’s inception in November 2011 and has taken a very active role as Marketing & Research Manager.

He is responsible for growing our online presence through social media, updating our wonderful clients with upcoming events and conducting research analysis in different industries for business plan development. His educational background is in psychology and anthropology where he studied at Rio Salado and Arizona State University. He has held numerous leadership roles within Fortune 500 retail companies and 4-star resorts.

Tanya Ospitale, Board Member

Our goal is to facilitate a meaningful networking environment which cultivates opportunity. We are an inclusive organization which believes in the imagination of the next generation, and provide them with support and mentoring. Our workshops provides training in the areas of technology, professional enhancement, personal skills development, and much more! WIN also has a presence in the Phoenix metropolitan school district area. So teachers and school counselors contact us today regarding our youth initiative programs designed to empower teens in the areas of soft-skills, technology, budgeting, employment, and much more!
