Tanya Ospitale is the Founder of the Women’s Innovation Network (W.I.N.), an organization where she has dedicated her life to empower people in her community through education and business readiness programs. Her passion to succeed is fueled from her experiences as a single mother. She overcame many financial and family hardships and credits her strong faith and key mentors with helping her shape a vision for a positive future.
As an accomplished businesswoman, her achievements in business have awarded her the opportunity to work on both national and international projects, non-profit organizations, strategic business initiatives, fundraising, training, and marketing.
Tanya holds a graduate degree in Adult Education, Design, and Technology from the American College of Education and an undergraduate degree in business administration from Walden University. She is also the co-owner of a small childcare center located in South Phoenix.
Tanya now serves on the Board of Directors for the Compass CBS Foundation, a non-profit organization focused on providing resources to entrepreneurs of low to moderate income in search for prosperity through owning a business.
Tanya’s desire to WIN is inspired from her parents. Born as the child of hard-working immigrant parents, her mantra has become, “Excellence is only achieved through perseverance, and perseverance will become the beacon of hope to help others”.
